Crisp, Coastal Outdoor Living — Curb to Backyard
Built alongside a coastal new-construction home, this project carried a single crisp design language from the street all the way to the back fence. Out front: a poured concrete driveway and walkways split by clean artificial-turf ribbons, with floating concrete pads set into the lawn.
The backyard is built for entertaining — a stone-wrapped outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and sink, a modern slatted privacy pergola, a porcelain checkerboard patio, and string-lit turf bands that keep the whole space bright, low-maintenance, and unmistakably coastal.
