From Raw Hillside to a Sculpted Outdoor Estate
This estate began as a steep, freshly-graded hillside with little more than dirt and exposed block. We engineered the grade from the ground up — structural retaining walls, smooth architectural stucco faces, and board-formed concrete walkways with inset pebble bands that step gracefully down the slope.
The finished grounds wrap the home in usable outdoor space: a geometric turf-and-concrete patio, level terraced lawns, a resort-style pool deck, a private sport court, and layered drought-tolerant planting that ties the whole property to its San Diego setting.
